      BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

      Must be a Christian who is a member of a church that holds Jesus Christ to be their Lord and Savior, and who holds solely the Old Testament and the New Testament as sacred Scriptures.

      GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

      As the Slate CRM Administrator, you will provide guidance and support to functional users in the day-to-day management of Technolutions Slate functionality supporting Admissions and Advancement initiatives, including event management, building complex queries, communication support, management of admission applications, document management, data uploads into Slate, and integrations with the Student Information System and other campus systems.

      The successful candidate will possess previous significant experience in Slate, a proven track record of designing and implementing creative solutions within Slate, extensive knowledge of data logic and querying tools, the ability to respond and learn quickly, and exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills as well as a drive to improve the University Slate instance.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Extensive knowledge and experience working independently in Slate
      • Knowledge and understanding of Higher Education Admissions
      • Must be able to possess or acquire knowledge and understanding of Liquid Markup, XML,SQL, Database Structures, HTML, CSS, and API Integrations
      • Ability to communicate clearly and a willingness to assist, train and share knowledge with the University community.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical staff in an understandable way
      • Must be flexible, adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of handling competing priorities and responsibilities simultaneously.
      • Must be able to work flexible hours if necessary
      • Preferred experience with integrating systems with the Colleague Student Information System
      • Familiarity with data security policies and best practices related to PII and FERPA
      • Strong interpersonal skills

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Develops implementation and integration strategies for the Slate CRM; manages the functionality of features within Slate, as well as system-related processes for end-users within the Admissions offices to ensure standardization of use and data.
      • Manage data integrations and assist with error correction in the feed of data between systems, vendor files, and site-specific forms that insert records into the system. Develop in-depth knowledge of data integrations and business process data usage ensuring optimal data integrations and troubleshooting when necessary.
      • Imports data into CRM from external sources and exports data for distribution to various departments.
      • Provides the data required to meet the needs of the Admissions offices by using query and report management tools and researching data requests to support institutional goals.
      • Builds and updates all Slate CRM-hosted applications and forms.
      • Identifies and assists with resolving related processing and technology problems.
      • Assist with the implementation of automated communication plans, including template design, population segmentation, personalization, testing, and deployment, as well as the creation of population groups for campaigns.
      • Responsible for the development and maintenance of security/user profiles to ensure system and data integrity.
      • Responsible for the development and maintenance of various data and process structures, including but not limited to events, forms, portals, letters, fields, entities, datasets, and processing rules.
      • Create, edit, format, test, and launch all email and text campaigns according to the communication plans and on an ad hoc basis as needed for Enrollment.

      WORK SCHEDULE:

      Regular office hours between 8:00a.m.– 5:00p.m., Monday – Friday, but occasionally flexible hours will be required.

      WORK LOCATION:

      This position will work on the main campus, located at 3000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211
