What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and make recommendations for marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in CRM and customer retention in the gaming or related industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large volumes of customer data
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and tools, such as Braze and Optimove
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
