What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate inventory strategies with multiple internal and external partners to manage field inventory effectively
- Support inventory repositioning for emergent case needs and manage accuracy issues
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure optimal product availability for customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts, ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Provide on-call support during critical business needs, including evening and weekend availability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record, subject to regular review
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and travel locally for job duties

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in inventory management within a supply chain or distribution environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Interest in advancing to a clinical field-based role such as Clinical Specialist or Sales Rep
- Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Six Sigma Certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
