What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute U.S. Cardiac Rhythm Management field inventory strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage inventory and support emergent case needs
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts, ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies in inventory levels at customer accounts
- Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to work independently and travel locally, including overnight as required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- High aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Systems knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Salesforce, and mStar
- Interest in growing into clinical field-based roles such as Clinical Specialist or Sales Rep
- Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
