      About us

Dyson is growing fast and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations and more people. We are hiring a CRM Manager to join our growing Dyson B2B Professional team, working out of the Malmesbury office and reporting directly to the Senior Customer Acquisition and Engagement Manager.

We're committed to our campus culture and want to have people collaborating, developing and learning from each other, five days a week. By having everyone on campus together, we have been able to nurture a fantastic social and dynamic environment.

      About the role

As our CRM Manager, your role revolves around shaping the customer experience for Professional prospects and existing customers by consistently delivering lifecycle and tactical campaigns. You'll be responsible for crafting the CRM strategy for Professionals, and implementing these strategies throughout global markets at every stage of the customer journey.

In this role, the significance of customer data cannot be overstated. You will be the expert in data governance, ensuring data quality, accuracy, enrichment, and compliance with GDPR and privacy standards.

Your duties extend to providing sales teams with global insights and self-service tools to engage with prospects effectively. Automation and internal stakeholder engagement, including regular meetings and tailored training, will play a pivotal role in achieving this.

Daily tasks encompass delivering top-tier group and market lifecycle E-CRM campaigns and tactical emails, extracting data from Salesforce for segmentation, creating email templates localised for global markets, setting up behavioural and triggered email journeys in Pardot, and ensuring alignment with commercial teams on campaigns. You'll also lead GDPR and data governance for Dyson Professional.

Your approach will be rooted in a continuous test-and-learn methodology, where you identify optimisation opportunities for campaign improvement. You'll scale Pardot's functionality, implementing Landing Pages, Forms, Lead Scoring, and Lead Grading.

Additionally, you'll pilot SF Engage to empower sales teams for self-service and provide comprehensive email reporting and in-depth campaign performance analysis for markets and the Group. Pardot attribution and its impact on lead conversion and opportunities will be a focal point.

Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders across the organization is paramount, as is ensuring timely project completion. You'll collaborate with regional Centers of Excellence to support markets with local creative and copy for E-CRM activities and Pardot assets. This role offers the opportunity to lead the evolution of global customer engagement.
