What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and develop the Admissions CRM (Slate), troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Lead annual application updates and prepare the Slate instance for new recruitment cycles
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and CRM optimizations
- Build and implement standard CRM functions such as forms, communication flows, and reports
- Train admissions and program staff on Slate CRM functionality and support related documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Baccalaureate degree in computer systems, engineering, communications, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience with all modules and features of the Technolutions Slate CRM
- Experience working in a graduate enrollment management environment
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in communications or student development theory
- 5-7 years of experience with all modules and features of the Technolutions Slate CRM
- Prior work experience in the health professions
- Knowledge of the employer's academic programs and brand identity
