      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide end-user support for the Blackbaud CRM system, including user training and troubleshooting issues
      - Conduct ongoing refresher training sessions via Microsoft Teams for new and existing users
      - Perform data entry, constituent merges, and data cleanup as necessary
      - Manage import queues and resolve duplicate records or inconsistent data
      - Collaborate with hospital gift officers and development assistants on special projects and surveys

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Internet search engines
      - Current Associate's Degree or 2 years of development experience in lieu of a degree

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the Shriners donor relations process and donor terminology
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
      - Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM
