What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate communication with leadership teams to define new product needs and gather market intelligence
- Support the implementation of technology initiatives to enhance processes and maintain regulatory compliance
- Conduct detailed product reviews, analyzing profitability, rate adequacy, and coverage offerings
- Assist with product launch activities, including pilot groups and necessary training
- Educate and influence stakeholders on coverage requests to mitigate business risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in Crop or Private Product Development area, OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in Crop or Private Product Development area
- Project Management experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPCU designation
- Experience in property and casualty insurance
- Change Management skills
