· Take complete ownership of the customer's experience on our tech platform right from a sales lead to becoming a customer.

· Proven record of accomplishment of successful sales target achievement in a B2B sales role.

· Curious attitude that seeks to find solutions for every customer’s inquiry.

· Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and reach booking targets.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Own and fully support customer life cycle.

· (Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution).
