      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage customer accounts for both current and new customers, ensuring accountability for renewals and upsells
      - Provide in-depth technical guidance on the employer's platform features and best practices to maximize customer value
      - Identify opportunities to enhance the use of the employer's capabilities within customer environments
      - Collaborate with product management and engineering to address customer requirements and feature requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Technical Account Manager in the cybersecurity domain
      - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and SaaS application security best practices
      - Proven ability to maintain positive customer relationships in a team-focused environment
      - Foundational experience with SQL, including the ability to understand and write queries
      - Skilled at communicating product and service offerings effectively

      - Experience in identifying growth opportunities and successfully upselling features and services
      - Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and key partners
      - Demonstrated understanding of security operations, threat hunting, or related areas
