      The CSBB Marketing team is accountable for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences that result in improved business outcomes. Through strategic marketing and thought leadership, we develop, integrate, and implement all marketing strategies to achieve key business objectives within the CSBB business lines - which include Consumer Deposits, Small Business Banking, Branch Banking, Affluent Segment, and Diverse Segments.

      CSBB Marketing is embarking on a transformation. Marketing will now play a key role as a thought leader for how the business grows through improved customer experiences, distinctive value propositions, and the effective investment of marketing dollars to deliver measurable business outcomes. This new focus creates opportunities for purpose-driven and results-oriented leaders and employees to have a significant impact on our customers and communities and ultimately help shape and define the bank’s future.

      These two Lead Marketing Consultants will be leading Strategic Governance, Integration, and Initiatives on the Business Excellence team as part of CSBB Marketing. The Strategic Governance, Integration, and Initiatives Lead Marketing Consultants report to the CSBB Marketing Strategy and Integration Director, who is responsible for transforming the strategic, operational, and cultural priorities and routines in CSBB Marketing and leads integrated strategic planning across CSBB Marketing, drives prioritization at a CSBB Marketing level and supports rigorous routines and change to effectively deliver against commitments.

      The Lead Marketing Consultants will lead select, high priority initiatives that cross CSBB Marketing products and services and drive new ways of thinking and doing. Additionally, they will direct and coordinate CMO-level prioritization and efficiency conversations and decisions across key areas such as priority dashboard reporting, performance reporting against target state capabilities, and budget and financial management. They will hold the team accountable for maintaining agreements and governing routine updates on critical business functions and report on progress and accomplishments and would facilitate integration and alignment opportunities across the individual CSBB Marketing teams.

      In this role, you will:

      • Define and lead ongoing routines and decision making across CSBB Marketing.
      • Ensure that the programs, campaigns, capability roadmaps and financial returns are aligned to the strategic priorities and make recommendations to optimize across CSBB Marketing.
      • Develop and manage governance and routines related to program, initiative and campaign development and related required processes and artifacts.
      • Establish and develop annual and quarterly planning, strategies and priorities.
      • Oversee strategic initiatives on a project basis, leading cross functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
      • Facilitate integration and alignment opportunities based on business needs and competitive trends to drive profitable growth (aligned to individual CSBB CMO teams).
      • Direct CMO-level prioritization based on strategic plan.
      • Coordinate cross LOB business routines/reviews.
      • Liaise with the CSBB Marketing teams to understand and align their priorities with the overarching priorities of CSBB Marketing and ensure there is coordination across teams, sharing of best practices, connecting dots, and eliminating redundancy/duplication of work.


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Broad based experience in aligning business and marketing strategies, with a strong knowledge of the various Marketing disciplines needed to deliver strategies and programs.
      • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives.
      • Ability to work across multiple teams and with various stakeholders and synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts.
      • Ability to meet stringent deadlines, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Superior program management experience including roadmap creation, and stakeholder relations.
      • Ability to think strategically and pivot between multiple priorities with a focus on work product/outcomes.
      • Ability to develop partnerships and lead strategic initiatives, collaborating across a large organization and multi-tasking as required.
      • Ability to influence without direct authority and people at all levels of the organization.
      • Versatile and can change direction and be flexible as needed in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
      • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

      Salary Range:

      • New York City, NY - $115,900-$206,100 annual base

      Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
