What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide a high level of customer service to all online banking end users
- Handle all online banking call volume for the customer service center
- Respond to internal and external email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Act as a service liaison between online customers and third-party service providers
- Process new online account setups and maintain existing online accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree or related knowledge/skills gained through experience
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Call center experience or experience in a high-volume phone environment
- Strong understanding of online banking services
- Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and articulate solutions effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous retail banking experience
- Experience with Internet terminologies and navigation
- Proven ability to learn new concepts quickly in a fast-growing environment
