Description:
The CSR Materials Administrator is responsible for the safe handling and processing of aircraft materials and parts as required by Collins Aerospace, regulatory requirements and best practices.
Primary Responsibilities
* Process daily incoming goods and returns into Repair Center database and ERP systems
* Identify log and track items that cant be inducted due to any discrepancies, paperwork, part number, serial number, ROs , missing in JDE etc.
* Communicate and coordinate with the internal and external customer for product returns/repair and receiving issues.
* Maintains delivery records for received products
* Manage RAI activity, including communication and logging of AWBs and dates
* Provide daily report-out of key metrics (grief units in house, units added, units cleared, top 5 customers, etc.)
* Partner with CS order administration focal to minimize units in grief and expedite clearance
* Control and identification of units in grief
* Additional tasks/ duties as assigned by logistics Manager
* Daily cleaning organizing and general housekeeping of your own work area
* File or scan file all related paperwork in order to process or close out repairs. Maintain/process paperwork and files per established company procedures
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with customers, other employees, supervisors and managers
* Maintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations

* Detail-Oriented
* Strong computer skills,
* Strong Attention to detail, Accuracy with data entry, and an aptitude for organization
* Strong communication skills
* Excel, Outlook experience required; PowerPoint, Teams experience strongly preferred
* Able to collaborate with customer service representatives, receiving/shipping personnel, and MRO leadership
* Prior experience working in materials or customer service role
