      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage Computer System Validation activities in compliance with industry standards
      - Provide guidance on CSV matters and ensure adherence to regulations
      - Review and approve quality documentation related to CSV lifecycle
      - Collaborate with various departments to execute CSV activities effectively
      - Serve as the QA CSV Subject Matter Expert for audits and regulatory matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in electronic-based Computer System Validation in a GxP environment
      - Proficiency in risk-based approaches to CSV
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
      - Strong attention to detail and project management skills
      - Knowledge of GAMP, GxP, and VLMS/eDMS applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with automated testing tools like Tosca and Leap Work
      - Experience in maintaining the validated state, including Change Management and CAPA
      - Strong problem-solving and communication skills
