      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently manage complex cultural resources projects for utility, water, solar, and telecom development
      - Track and manage project deliverables while leading a team of cultural staff
      - Document compliance with cultural resource protection measures and interact with various agencies
      - Conduct background research and data collection for Section 106 reports
      - Attend and lead project meetings while ensuring adherence to safety and company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - M.A. or M.S. in archaeology or a relevant field; B.A. or B.S. with comparable professional experience may be considered
      - Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in the environmental industry as a primary Project Manager on archaeological projects
      - Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines, as well as collaboratively in a team setting
      - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
      - Organized, motivated, and dependable with the ability to interact with diverse clientele and agencies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with construction and utility compliance inspection projects
      - Familiarity with transmission or electrical utility operations and maintenance
      - Knowledge of ESRI GIS applications, including ArcGIS and Collector
      - Experience in business development tasks and proposal writing
      - Prior experience supporting state and federal agencies and conducting cultural resources inventory
