In the role as Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for collecting carrier data from carrier websites, public SERFF filings and carrier contact emails to process carrier data via excel functions, excel macros and web tools to put on the standard import template.

As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for collecting data files from carrier web portals, online public databases and other digital sources as well as building data files using basic excel functions, PDF scraping tools and other tooling to move data into standardized excel format. You will be responsible for ensuring the data is accurate and complete and downloading and organizing carrier documents annually. You will link carrier document files to database records using excel functions like vlookups, manual name matching, etc. You will also be responsible for generating weekly standardized reports using excel functions and fixing data inconsistencies with a quick turnaround time.

• Goal-oriented and keen to details
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including basic formulas, filtering, running macros and V-lookup
• Must be organized and good at time management as tasks are self-assigned
• Experience with Group Health Insurance a plus
