What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead comprehensive project management initiatives for curriculum development, grants, and special programs
- Chair curriculum meetings and oversee the curriculum approval process
- Utilize project management software and tools to optimize workflows

- Provide direct supervision to the Coordinator of Operations and student workers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or operational management
- Expert-level proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management certification preferred or actively pursuing certification
- Experience with curriculum management systems (IQM2 experience a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
