We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated full-time Curriculum Solutions Specialist to assist in optimizing our educational content. This role requires a blend of subject matter expertise, curriculum development skills, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, technically proficient, and excels in communication, leadership, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine custom curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and academic standards.
• Work with product leads to enhance existing curriculum to improve clarity, engagement, and instructional effectiveness.
• Work closely with our Hawkes India team to manage ongoing projects and work.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to tailor curriculum solutions for instructor needs.
• Think strategically to improve content delivery and instructional methodologies.
• Work with internal stakeholders to communicate ongoing updates.

Requirements

• Master's degree in mathematics (required).
• Master's Degree in Statistics (preferred).
• Experience in writing, editing, and building curriculum for various educational levels.
• Strong instructional background in Statistics and general math education.
• Exceptional written, oral, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
