What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist school-based teams in developing school-wide strategic plans
- Conduct data analysis and action planning
- Provide feedback to CRTs on professional development and instructional best practices
- Collaborate with school-based leadership on professional development priorities
- Assist in the planning and delivery of area and state meetings and trainings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Curriculum Instruction preferred
- 2-5 years of related experience and/or training
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, educational technology, and mobile communication devices
- Strong commitment to the company's mission
- Ability to travel within and outside the state as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in curriculum development and oversight
- Familiarity with special programs such as Cambridge, Academies, etc.
