What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely technical support and problem resolution to all customers
- Monitor critical accounts to minimize downtime and evaluate equipment performance
- Offer on-site service and installation support for training and development
- Assist in sales demonstrations and customer visits as needed
- Communicate technical issues to management and complete required reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of field service experience with related product lines
- Working knowledge of electronics or 2+ years of assigned field territory experience
- Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication
- Valid state driver's license (Real ID compliant) and passport
