Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri*Hybrid

What you’ll do
Working on key accounts, you will act as a Security Officer, as a junior member of the team you will manage our customers’ Information and Cybersecurity requirements within Vodafone, providing security leadership, security technical insight and ensuring that security is an enabler that supports Vodafone and its customers. The Customer Account Security Manager (CASM) will be the single Vodafone point of contact for security for the customer and will ensure the successful delivery of security services, as per the Master Service Agreement.
You will:
• Be a single point of contact for all customer security matters relating to Vodafone
• Monitoring and maintaining compliance to all contractual security obligations, including agreed reporting. Participate in customer security forums and provide oversight of client security audits
• Collaborate with all Vodafone Lines of Business to champion our customers current and evolving security posture
• Conduct Security & Risk assessment, audit managementWho you are:
• Experience in day to day cyber security and security assurance management
• Some ability to influence good cyber security and security practice
• Ability to influence customer experience and communications as you will be dealing directly with customer and service/account teams
• Working with customer and colleagues to deliver cyber security and security obligations
• Able to provide regular robust reporting on security workload, risks and issues
• Drive or passion to attain relevant security qualifications
• Passion for Cyber security and want to develop into an assurance role.Security Clearance: This position requires the eligibility and ability to obtain and hold UK Security Clearance (SC) clearance
