About the Role
In this critical role you will lead, build, and own channel marketing plans for specific customers and all priority brands to deliver the key enablers of our E-commerce strategy. In close collaboration with a variety of partners you will work across the following key areas to this role:
• Win disproportionately with retail & digital partners
• Increase online penetration in grocery
• Build an omni-channel strategy to drive frequency and penetration
• Leverage digital to be our customers’ preferred partner

Responsibilities include
• Taking accountability and ownership of the advertising and promotional budget for your customers
• Creating and owning omni-channel customers to drive growth initiatives in the online space
• Forecasting, reporting, investment, and budget management
• Leading Diageo’s exploration of the E-commerce environment to develop, evaluate and scale innovative activities to drive traffic and sales
• Working cross functionally to drive capability and collaboration with key business partners to build integrated plans
• Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, generate sales growth and enhance conversion
