      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, implement, and optimize customer engagement workflows in ChurnZero and Zendesk
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify triggers for customer engagement
      - Evaluate performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to refine processes
      - Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure compliance with internal policies
      - Maintain and analyze data for churn, upsell, and downsell opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Operations, Support, or Success in a SaaS environment
      - 2-4 years of experience with ChurnZero and Zendesk admin tools
      - Minimum 1 year of experience building automations and routing rules in business systems
      - Minimum 2 years of experience capturing, measuring, and reporting key metrics
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to train teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with AI tools and reporting automation
      - Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
      - Familiarity with data management best practices and privacy regulations
