What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or GED
- Basic PC/Windows proficiency
- One-year customer service experience preferred
- Contact Center experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Donor Outreach Coordinator or in a related healthcare service role
