      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
      - Triage customer needs and verify demographics
      - Clarify inquiries and provide information to appropriate entities
      - Escalate unresolved matters to the next appropriate department
      - Promote the use of advanced case management technology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - 3 to 5 years of call center/scheduling experience
      - Previous medical office/call center experience preferred
      - Must pass background investigation

      - Strong knowledge of administrative processes
      - Ability to work as a team member and individual contributor
      - Proficiency in relevant computer applications
      - Excellent data entry and typing skills
      - Ability to work various shifts and cover multiple time zones
