What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer service calls and inquiries, including billing, service changes, and cancellations
- Use multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer queries
- Provide exceptional customer service, explain complex issues in simple terms, and utilize de-escalation techniques
- Highlight features and benefits of WM products and services to increase revenue and retain at-risk customers
- Negotiate and document service type, pricing, billing, and other required information for customer accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum 1 year of previous call center customer experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and typing
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Previous experience in sales or retention roles
- Prior knowledge of waste management services
