What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries through various communication channels
- Actively listen to customer needs and offer tailored solutions to resolve issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service call center position
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in soft sales or upselling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)
- Completion of business classes or vocational/technical training
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working independently as well as part of a team
