- Receiving, checking, entering and confirming customer orders in the system
- Preparing proforma invoices.
- Monitoring confirmed delivery times
- Releasing customer orders to the warehouse
- Coordinating transport of incoming and outgoing goods
- Invoicing
- Drawing up shipping documents and export documents and arranging transport
- Coding freight invoices
- Service contract management, invoicing and co-coordination PM planning
- Checking, confirming, invoicing and sending service call orders
- Coordinating logistics of service parts
- Preparing and processing credit notes
- Purchasing orders from vendors and monitoring delivery times
- Answering incoming customer questions by telephoneRegarding delivery times, LOT numbers, prices and the status of the shipment
- Providing price information to customers for placing purchase orders
- Outgoing communication with customers regarding delivery times, LOT numbers, prices and the status of the shipment
- Internal communication with field team (sales, application & service) regarding availability of articles, status of orders & deliveries and general information
- Communication with customers regarding QA/RA related documents, such as Certificate of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheets, etc.
- Internal consultation with various departments regarding, among other things, delivery times for spare parts and financial status of orders
- Troubleshooting and performing corrective actions in general
- Assistance in performing communication with customers regarding QA/RA related field actions.
- Performing logistics in the case of QA/RA related field actions.
- Archiving documents in general
- Creating and managing customer-specific data, such as price lists, contracts, rental & demo contracts, subscriptions, service contracts, etc.
- Preparation of registration of new articles in the ERP system
- Preparation of registration of new customers in the ERP system
- Management of annual price increases / indexation (based on customer-specific price lists), both for sales articles and service contracts
- Maintaining price lists of vendors for the purpose of purchasing and sales
- HBO or similar by experience
- Experienced in commercial operations in an international setting
- Fluent Dutch & English (verbal & writing), French or German is an advantage
- Fluent with Outlook & ERP systems
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
- Great communication skills
- Independent working attitude
- Adaptation to changing circumstances
