What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage order entry and EDI transactions for direct customers and distributors
- Handle calls related to order placement, order status, order tracking, and general inquiries
- Process all customer complaints within 48 hours of receipt
- Provide sales support, including order status updates and general inquiries
- Meet or exceed required customer service metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position servicing business-to-business customers
- Experience working with a manufacturer, preferably in the medical devices manufacturing industry
- Some college experience required; Associate degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Great Plains, Oracle, JD Edwards, or SAP
- Experience with tracking packages through provider websites like UPS and FEDEX
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal business communication skills
