What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Ability to speak a second language
- Experience with customer service training
- Positive attitude and relationship-building skills
