Job Overview:
Prime Labs is seeking a Receptionist & Data Entry Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients while ensuring accurate and efficient data entry into our systems. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Support:
Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues proactively.
Act as a client advocate, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Assist clients with supply and re-supply requests.
Data Entry & Administrative Tasks:
Accurately input and update patient information into various systems.
Verify patients and provider information to ensure data integrity.
Process lab orders and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records in compliance with company policies.
Assist in monitoring and correcting discrepancies in ordering patterns, incorrect collections, or submission errors.
Logistics & Coordination:
Coordinate logistics pickups via UPS.
Assist with answering incoming calls, faxes, emails, and text messages professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any operational challenges.
Work with internal departments to escalate and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry, reception, or customer service, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience in logistics coordination, order management, or medical documentation is a plus.
Availability to work Saturdays as needed.
