What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of TypingClub and other edclub products
- Provide excellent customer service via email, tickets, and phone
- Coordinate with teams to resolve customer issues
- Perform root cause analysis and escalate issues as needed
- Assist in improving software quality and provide feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak confidently and energetically over the phone
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Telephone skills for handling customer calls and requests
- Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in customer service or related field
