What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute the sales process and close sales for Customer Experience (CX) solutions within targeted accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and brand strategies
- Act as a business hunter for customer experience opportunities, holding client meetings and leveraging sales tools
- Collaborate with an internal team to design tailored solutions that meet client objectives and drive financial impact
- Serve as a CX brand ambassador by participating in industry conferences and engaging with key decision-makers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum five years of experience in a consultative sales-related position with a focus on customer experience
- Proven skills in prospecting, researching, and presentation techniques
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling calls-to-action
- Commitment to teamwork and ability to foster a positive work environment
- Customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred
