What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively engage with customers through phone, email, messaging, and in-person to promote products/services
- Meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience in a call center environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must reside within 30 miles of the designated retail store location
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management platforms required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail experience preferred
- Previous hybrid work environment experience preferred
- Bilingual/multilingual skills preferred
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Gladly preferred
- Ability to move objects, including furniture items up to 75 pounds
