What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively engage with customers through various channels to promote and sell products/services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service delivery
- Handle escalated customer concerns and assist with any related projects or tasks as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience in a call center environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must reside within 30 miles of the designated retail store location

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail experience preferred
- Previous hybrid work experience preferred
- Bilingual/multilingual skills preferred
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Gladly preferred
- Ability to lift medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds
