What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers through various channels to promote and sell products/services
- Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software
- Assist with in-store customer outreach and ensure a welcoming shopping environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience in a call center environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management platforms required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail experience preferred
- Previous hybrid work experience preferred
- Bilingual/multilingual skills preferred
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Gladly preferred
- Ability to lift and move medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds
