What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers through various channels to promote and sell products/services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by understanding customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
- Guide customers from interest to purchase while ensuring a positive shopping experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience in a call center environment
- Must reside within 30 miles of the designated retail store location
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management platforms required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail experience preferred
- Previous hybrid work experience preferred
- Bilingual/multilingual skills preferred
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Gladly preferred
- Ability to lift medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds
