What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure customer contacts are addressed, questions are answered, and quality standards are met for each interaction
- Strive for first call resolution and a positive customer service experience through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
- Stay informed on product updates and departmental processes, continuously seeking improvement
- Accurately document all customer interactions within the customer database
- Identify and escalate urgent situations to the appropriate resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or relevant experience
- Availability for weekend and/or evening work
- Ability to manage calls, chats, emails, and texts for 80% of the workday
- Strong customer focus with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must reside in one of the specified states and have a suitable remote working environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in chat/text support
- Bilingual skills (additional pay differential may apply)
