What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and measure closed loop analytics to drive a positive Customer Experience (CX)
- Develop programs and drive change management to improve Customer Experience (CX) metrics
- Gather customer insights through multiple channels to better inform stakeholder decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in the medical products industry and a bachelor’s degree in Scientific, Marketing, or Business field
- Experience in identifying, developing, and measuring relevant KPIs for customer experience
- Demonstrated advanced skills in stakeholder management and conducting VOC and VOS
- Knowledge in MS Office/MS 365 applications with advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerBi, and other business applications
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% with English as the primary language

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the diagnostics industry
- Proficiency in an additional language
