What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle customer inquiries related to dental insurance plans via inbound and outbound phone calls
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in real-time
- Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and previous interactions
- Recognize and escalate issues that require further resolution
- Identify innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and gather feedback for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent
- Experience in call centers or dental insurance preferred
- Ability to learn and understand a broad range of insurance products
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency with desktop applications like MS Office
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within customer service and/or dental insurance environments
- Familiarity with dental terminology and ability to pass related coursework during training
- Previous experience navigating multiple software and web applications
