What is Required (Qualifications):

- Experience within call centers or customer service, preferably in the dental insurance sector
- Strong typing skills and ability to quickly learn various software and web applications
- Proficiency in desktop applications such as MS Office and internet browsers
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
