What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary customer service contact, providing high-value service to clients

- Navigate multiple systems and web applications to respond to customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in desktop applications such as MS Office and Internet browsers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
