What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond promptly to incoming chat support requests from customers
- Develop and enhance customer education materials, including FAQs and tutorials
- Communicate common customer challenges to the CEO and CTO for product improvement
- Assist customers in understanding how to effectively use the product
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality customer support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers
- Ability to engage with a high volume of customer inquiries weekly
- Interest in accounting and finance, with a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Intercom is a plus but not mandatory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred
- Comfort with creating educational content and documentation
- Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms
