What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Process orders and provide domestic distribution support, addressing inquiries related to permits, shipping, and order tracking
- Record customer inquiries and issues in a system for data reviews and potential improvements
- Utilize resources to provide support for basic product inquiries and escalate complex inquiries as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma and 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM, ERP, and phone systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer support environment
- Basic understanding of product documentation and training materials
- Familiarity with various communication channels, including chat and email
