      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring high professionalism and empathy
      - Process orders and manage domestic distribution, addressing inquiries related to permits, shipping, and order tracking
      - Record customer inquiries and issues for data reviews and potential improvements with cross-functional teams
      - Provide support for basic product inquiries using available resources and escalate complex issues as necessary
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current products, services, and policies within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma and 2-5 years of customer service experience or equivalent experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in using CRM, ERP, and phone systems
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

      - Previous experience in a related field, particularly in customer service
      - Familiarity with product documentation and training materials
      - Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in customer service skills
      - Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
