      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional service to incoming calls and emails from sales representatives, members, payors, beneficiaries, and financial institutions
      - Identify solutions, resolve issues, and enhance the customer experience
      - Process requests for various forms, information, and changes related to policies and member benefits
      - Maintain knowledge of all life, annuity, and health products, as well as company policies and procedures
      - Engage in workflow analysis to provide efficient service and meet service level goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent education/work experience
      - Previous customer service experience, preferably in financial services or a call center
      - Strong computer skills with a typing speed of 40+ wpm, emphasizing accuracy
      - Ability to learn and communicate detailed insurance information clearly, both verbally and in writing
      - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality

      - Experience in a customer service role within the financial services sector
      - Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and handle ambiguity effectively
      - Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Passion for providing exemplary customer service and building effective relationships
