What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monthly posting of calendar content for assigned agents across various social media platforms
- Manage and ensure successful posting of content, including quality assurance checks
- Provide chat coverage and assist with incoming chats during peak times
- Communicate effectively with agents to manage Hootsuite access and content approvals
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management, including backup support for other specialists

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Marketing, Business, or Consumer Relations; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Docs and Power BI
- Familiarity with social media posting and content creation
- Experience using Hootsuite for managing social media accounts
