      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple implementation projects, keeping cross-functional teams informed of progress
      - Provide project leadership by helping customers define goals and deliverables
      - Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the implementation process
      - Develop timelines and lead status calls with clients to ensure project milestones are met
      - Design and implement digital automation to enhance the onboarding process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience leading SaaS software implementation projects
      - 7+ years onboarding SaaS customers through API integrations or custom ETL integrations
      - Experience delivering implementation projects within a channel partner framework
      - Expertise in SaaS implementation and onboarding practices
      - Strong communication and project management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting software engineering, architecture, or product development
      - Salesforce experience
      - Understanding of modern software architecture fundamentals
      - Familiarity with project management planning & reporting tools
