You will manage the delivery and reporting activities which feed into our improvement action plans for use with Business Owners across DLG.
Own and deliver a suite of regular customer journey reports and dashboards, managing the required MI and insight activities for reporting at all levels.
Take accountability for the governance of specific improvement plans, by providing MI and analysis as required
Experience in the delivery and analysis of complaints and customer insight data
Technology literate with an understanding of up-to-date insight technology systems
Ability in the creation and communication of compelling presentations
Experienced in data analysis and able to demonstrate experience with a range of advanced analytical techniques
Understand the customer, be empathetic and walk in the customer shoes
Operational experience business processes
Identify and prioritise pivotal points within the customer journeys to ensure win-win interventions for both customer and company
Communicate at all levels, tailor communications style to different audiences to bring to life the customer experience and inspire teams to achieve
Commercial experience, combining customer-centric and value-centric thinking
Knowledge of Excel, Power BI or Qlik

This role would be in the Customer Experience team who guide the customer agenda in Direct Line Group and ensuring all business stakeholders understand how customers perceive the experiences they are delivering.
