What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new customers, ensuring quick and efficient onboarding
- Support new customers through online chat system, providing warm and positive solutions
- Deliver tailored training sessions to meet customers' needs and goals
- Create scalable educational content for different user segments
- Educate customers on software value and promote adoption of new features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2+ years experience in client success, customer service, implementation/delivery, or account management
- Customer obsessed with a strong desire to see clients succeed
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and thoroughly
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Patience and skill in communicating technical concepts to non-technical people
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Events, sales, enablement, or teaching experience
- Experience working with or owning a small or medium-sized business
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Asana, Google Suite, Fullstory
